Copper Kitchen to close for lack of lease committment

I’m going to miss them a lot. Back in high school, this was a regular breakfast stop and their price at the time, an audacious $2.22 for bacon, eggs, potatoes and toast, will forever be my standard by which breakfast joints and diners will be measured.

As a long time fan of Roomba, become Bespoke, I dearly hope that there is a last minute change of policy by Yale properties. How could a cheap breakfast place not be in the interests of their college audience? Have they lined up a Panera to take it’s place?

Thanks Copper Kitchen!
